Navigating and Understanding a Project Page
This tutorial will guide you through navigating and understanding a project page, covering its key components and how to interact with them.
First, navigate to the Projects section and choose a project. This will take you to the page that is specific to that project.
On the project page, you will see the Project Title.
You will notice the artwork we have for your podcast displayed on the page.
On the left-hand side, you will see all the members associated with this project, both from your side and our side.
Back near the top, you’ll see the time frames for the project. The Start Date indicates when you uploaded the raw files and the project was created. Typically, this date reflects when we first received any assets for the project.
The Publication Date refers to the date the project is scheduled to be published. Below that, there are any Special Instructions provided by you at the time of uploading the raw files.
Below the special instructions, you will find the Files section.
In this section, you will encounter both Raw Files and Final Files. If you click on Raw Files and expand the folder, you will see all the files that were uploaded when you first submitted your raw assets.
If you need to upload additional files, navigate to the Raw Files section. You can drag and drop any files from your computer into the folder. Ensure that hover your cursor over the folder and not the individual files.
The folder color will slightly change when you hover over it. Drop your files into the folder and it will take a moment to upload. The page will automatically refresh once the new files are uploaded.
Next, you can navigate back to the Project Page and scroll down to the Final Files folder. By clicking and expanding this folder, you will see that we have completed the audio for the episode, and finalized assets will be uploaded here.
In the right-hand column, you will find the Project Value, which is the amount that will be added to your invoice once the episode is complete.
Below that, you will see the Tasks section, which lists all tasks assigned to this project, the individuals working on them, their scheduled completion times, and the status of each task.
By following these steps, you will have a thorough understanding of how to navigate and utilize the project page effectively.
