Navigating the Dashboard

This tutorial will guide you through the features available in the Poodcast solutions client portal, focusing on the dashboard elements.

Let's begin at at the top your dashboard, which contains a form for uploading new assets to create a new episode.

Next, the right column contains a section that indicates whether you have an outstanding balance.

You can click through to view and pay your invoices using the provided link. This action will redirect you to the Financials section of the portal.

As you scroll down, you will notice the Notifications section, which keeps you informed about all recent activity related to your account, including invoices and any production progress for your episodes.

Moving further down the page, you'll find the Calendar section, which displays the current date highlighted in a dark blue circle. Any other dates with scheduled activities are represented by a gray circle containing a dot.

Lastly, at the bottom you'll find the Projects section, which lists all projects or episodes associated with your podcast. Here, you can monitor the current status of each project and navigate to the detail page for each episode.

You have the flexibility to rearrange and resize your dashboard modules to create a custom layout that fits your preferences. For instance, you can adjust the Projects section or move the Calendar section to optimize your workspace.
