Overview of the Podcasts Page
This tutorial provides a overview of the Podcasts page, detailing its various sections and functionalities.
To navigate to the Podcasts page, go to the top navigation and click on Podcasts. This will lead you to a listing of all the podcasts associated with your account.
In this section, you can see the titles of the podcasts along with the different services we provide. For example, for Mouse House Weekly, the services include Show Notes, Standard Editing, Social Image Pack, and Audiogram. For The Imagineering Story, we offer Pro Edit and Show Notes.
To obtain more information about a specific podcast, simply click through to that podcast. This action will redirect you to the dedicated podcast page.
On the podcast page, you will see the artwork for your podcast displayed in the left-hand column. Additionally, you will find information regarding the frequency of your podcast, including the specific days it publishes.
Below the frequency information, you'll find the Members section. This section lists all members granted access to the specific page, both from your account and ours, with a clear delineation between the teams.
Moving to the main section of the page, you will see services we provide for the selected podcast and the Episodes section where various actions can be performed.
The Episodes section presents all episodes or projects related to your account, with an indication of different progress levels for each episode.
If you wish to expand an episode's details, click on the arrow next to it. This will reveal the tasks assigned for each episode along with their statuses and scheduled completion dates.
To explore an episode further, click on its title, which will navigate you to the specific project page.
Additionally, the page features a Global Assets section, offering a snapshot of assets used for each episode, such as podcast artwork and audio files.
Scrolling further down reveals the Activity for the specific podcast. Clicking on any activity will take you to the details for that item.
The Calendar feature allows you to view tasks scheduled for completion, starting with the farthest date at the top. For example, December 20th shows tasks assigned for that day.
The default sorting of episodes is from Z to A, displaying the most recent episode at the top. You can change this preference to A to Z if desired.
