Updating Your Personal Profile

Let's take a look at how to update your personal profile. Navigate to the top right corner. Click on the image. Choose Edit Profile. Here you can see all the things that you can update about your personal profile. To update your personal profile image, select the Upload profile image. Navigate to the image you'd like to use from your computer. You can also update your name, website and email address, as well as your job title and time zone. You're not able to update the associated Podcasts section. This simply shows you the podcasts which are attached to your account. If you'd like to update this information, please contact your Project Manager. You can also add notes related to your account. Once you're done, select Save. You'll see in the top right corner your profile image has changed. You may also note if you navigate to the Financials section that there is some address and telephone information here. That information can only be updated by your Project Manager or an admin at this time. If you need this information changed, please reach out to them. If you'd like to update your password, make sure you're logged out of the system. This will take you to this website, which is portal.proppodcastsolutions.com. Here you can click on the Forgot Password link. Enter your email address. Choose Reset Password. The system will then send you a link where you can safely reset your password.
