Overview of the Pro Podcast Solutions Client Portal

This tutorial provides an overview of the ProPoadCast Solutions client portal, highlighting its various features and functionalities.

Okay, this video is going to be an overview of the ProPoadCast Solutions client portal. Bear in mind that everything I show you in this video has been broken down into smaller videos for each respective section. Let's start here on the dashboard. Here we have in the main section an area for you to upload files to us. You can provide us with the other information that we're going to need in order to complete an episode for you. Once you submit this information, a new episode will automatically be created and set up in the system for you. Scrolling down, we have the Projects section. This is a place where you can track the status of each project or episode. As soon as you upload a new episode here via the form, it'll show up in the Projects section. Moving over to the right hand side of the page, if you have an outstanding balance with us, you'll see that listed here. You can click here to view and pay invoices. We'll talk more about that in just a moment. Below that you'll see the Notifications section where you can see all the notifications and details that have been made for each podcast for your account. You can see all the notifications and details that have been made for each podcast for your account. The Calendar section will allow you to see when there's something due for your account. It'll show up here on the calendar. Moving back to the top and moving our way across, we have the Projects page. This will allow you to view again all the projects that we have for your account. You can choose a few different views for them. You can see them mapped out on a calendar if you'd like. These are all the days that we have a specific episode scheduled to be completed in the calendar view. On the other views you can see what the status for each episode is. Moving across, we have the Podcasts page. This allows you to see all the podcasts for your account. In most cases you'll just have one podcast, but some of you have multiple podcasts. Clicking through to that you get an overview snapshot of that podcast. You can see the episodes that we're working on for each or each episode that we're working on. You can see what the status is. For each specific task you have a calendar view. You can see the date that each specific task is due. You can even get a snapshot of who all is working or part of your podcast. You can see the activity for that specific podcast. Across the top you see the services that we're providing. For this podcast we have a Files section which allows you to see all of the files. It's kind of an archive for your podcast. You can expand that and see the base files which are the global assets. These are the global assets that get used in each episode. And then once a file is completed, you'll see a folder here for each episode. You can expand each episode's folder and see the final files for that episode. You can even download those files if you'd like. Next, we have the calendar, and very similar to what we saw before. This allows you to see the calendar view for the specific episodes for your podcast. And then moving across the top, we have the activity. This is across your entire account, not just a specific podcast. So you can scroll down here and see the most recent activity that has been happening. You can click on an item to be taken through to that specific activity item. And then we have the financials section. This allows you to see all of the invoices, both past and present. For your podcast, you can click on an episode and download that directly. If you need a copy of that for your records. You can also save a credit card on file. Once you've saved a credit card here, if you need to change that or update that or even remove that, you can do that here. And you'll see that information that will populate after you've saved a payment method on file. And of course, if you have an outstanding balance, that'll be reflected right here. If an invoice is overdue or just in sent status, which means we've sent it to you, but it's not due yet. Then you'll see those statuses shown here right now. All of them have been paid, so that's the only status that you're seeing there. And then as we move all the way across to the right corner, you'll see notifications here. You can click through and read those and mark them as read. If you'd like, you can search the portal here with the magnifying glass icon. The cog allows you to update your personal profile. And then if you click on your image, you'll see a menu pop down. The edit profile takes you to the page that we're looking at right here. Dashboard takes you back where we started. Logout logs you out of the system. And then of course I skipped over help both this link right here or if you scroll down to the bottom of any page. There's a little life preserver icon. Both of those, or either of those will take you to our help section. This is where this video is found and articles for other sections. Every section of the portal has an article and a video to walk you through how each section. So that's an overview of the client portal and we're really excited about what we have for you here.
